Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage works in a similar way. Here's what we use and how you can control it.

Our approach: only what's needed

We measure visits with our own analytics, which uses no cookies, doesn't store your IP address and doesn't track you across other sites. Third-party analytics or advertising tools only run if you accept them.

1. Essential for the site to work

These don't require your consent, because the site won't work properly without them. They aren't used for advertising.

  • Chat: keeps your conversation with the assistant so it isn't lost when you move between pages (local storage).

  • Preferences: language, catalogue currency and your choice about optional cookies.

  • Cart and catalogue: the products you save while browsing.

  • Security: protection against automated submissions and form abuse.

  • Visit source: the page or campaign you arrived from, stored only for your session (session storage), so we can see which channel works without identifying you.

2. Analytics and advertising (optional)

If we enable them, they only run after you accept them in the cookie notice:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC): site usage statistics.

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measuring and serving ads on Facebook and Instagram.

These companies may process data outside Colombia under their own privacy policies.

3. Calls and video calls

If you start a call or video call from the site, your browser will ask permission to use your microphone or camera. They're only used during the call, and you can withdraw permission in your browser settings.

4. How to control them

  • Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, when available, to change your choice.

  • From your browser settings you can delete or block cookies and local storage. If you block essential ones, some features (such as chat) may stop working.

5. The CRM

The client area crm.da2group.com uses its own cookies and session credentials, required to sign in securely.
